The location was favourable, within easy walking distance of a Bronze gallery. We dined at a nice nearby restaurant with Western dishes. Our continental breakfast was scrumptious and delicious.

ambassador pallava exceeded my expectations with its exceptional service and conveniently located near vfs global centre. the staff was courteous, and the breakfast and dinner were enjoyable.

Comfortable room with a spacious layout and clean amenities. The hotel's heritage building and grand interiors create a charming ambiance. The hotel's proximity to Egmore railway station and market was convenient. Ample parking space was available for guests.

Particularly good and scrumptious breakfast with wide spread for the start of the day. Particularly good location, 15 minutes' walk to a Bronze gallery. Set next to Chennai at 0300am from Dubai alongwith wife, T nagar and Railway Station, Beach and other places in the quiet area.

The hotel's exteriors are so grand, it's like stepping into a fairy tale. The interiors are just as impressive, with a palatial feel. Plus, the food is divine and the waiters are lovely.

The management couldn't care less about my needs as a tired traveler with an infant. Real charming.

Marvellous and perfect location for Chennai, really close to Airport, Egmore at descent pricing, and Chennai at 0300am from Dubai. Located at the end of the road...

The breakfast was well-served with a variety of options. The staff, including the Bengali cook and room cleaner, were friendly and attentive. The facilities and amenities were very good, including the complimentary upgrade and spacious suite. The location was convenient, with nearby ATMs and restaurants.

I loved staying at the hotel! The staff were friendly and welcoming from day one and always ready to help. The hotel facilities were impressive, including a well-maintained swimming pool and fitness center. The location was perfect, it was close to the city center and the railway stations, making it easy to get around. Plus, I loved that it was just a short walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and the parking and transportation were convenient.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the variety of food options offered at the breakfast buffet, including delicious fruit and pastries. The hotel's convenient location close to popular shopping and dining areas made exploring the city a breeze. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and pillows that provided a good night's sleep.

I was disappointed to find that the gym facility was overcrowded and outdated, with limited equipment options. despite the hotel's overall cleanliness, I noticed some minor maintenance issues in my room such as a leaky faucet and a broken light fixture.

The value for money at the hotel was excellent, and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the staff provided exceptional service.

The breakfast option could have been more diverse to cater to different tastes.
